Yes, we provide specialized local delivery services for large plants, trees, and bulky garden supplies. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our nursery.

What is your return policy on live plants?

We take pride in the health of our plants. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund. We cannot accept returns on plants after they have been repotted or planted.

How do I care for my plants after they arrive?

Every order includes a specific care guide tailored to your plant variety. We recommend unpacking your plants immediately and giving them a light watering to help them settle after transit.

Can I click and collect my order?

Absolutely. You can select the 'Click and Collect' option at checkout. Most orders are ready for pickup at our garden centre within 2 to 4 hours during business hours.
