Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase within 30 days of the transaction.

  Email our customer service team or visit us in-store to initiate your return request and receive a Return Authorization number if returning by mail.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit, especially for fragile garden decor or heavy tools, and include your receipt inside.

  Receive Refund

  Once our horticultural experts inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
